Have you or your managers experienced issues with processing promotions in Workday? One of the most common issues we see when processing promotions in HR is an incomplete Workday profile. Below you will find some helpful tips when there is a job profile change or promotion.
When an employee is promoted to any position with a ScribeAmerica email address (CS, QAS, JPL, etc.) the employee should review their Workday profile to ensure all information is correct. Specifically review the following and update if incorrect.
Primary Work Email– This should list your ScribeAmerica email (e.g. email@example.com). You may edit this immediately by clicking the “edit” icon
Primary home phone– You may edit this immediately by clicking the “edit” icon
Location– Notify your HRSC if your location needs to be corrected
Time Zone– Notify your HRSC if your time zone needs to be corrected
Manager– Notify your HRSC if your manager needs to be corrected
