  • Tips and Reminders: Rehire Process

    Here are some tips and reminders when processing a rehire in Workday.

    1. When interviewing a prospective hire, it is important to ask if they ever worked for ScribeAmerica.  This question is asked at the initial interview as well as on the questionnaire.
    2. If they have previously worked for ScribeAmerica, a JOL will need to initiated in DocuSign.
      • The JOL will take place of the questionnaire completed in Workday
      • We will be reactivating their old Workday ID number
      • The questionnaire will not transfer to the old Workday ID number
    3. You will also need to send your HRSC the following information via email.
      • Date of Hire
        Cost Center/ Site
        Job Title
        Pay Rate
        Manager
        Position # or Req #

    These are just a few tips and reminders that will help process new hires in a timely manner.

    Re-stressing to email your HRSCs in the region to make them aware of the rehire.  Although the new hire process questionnaires catches the rehire question.  There are still a handful of candidates who are still being pushed through before the process changed or it was accidently skipped and a JOL is submitted via Docusign (old hire process).
