You may have recently received communication from your HRSC requesting an update on certain employees. HRSCs are reaching out to the field when an employee has not clocked time for more than a month (two pay periods). Please keep in mind that employees who are not clocking time for more than a month, must be terminated in Workday unless the employee is on an approved leave of absence. We should not have employees remain active in our system if they are not actually clocking time for more than one month due to the adverse financial consequences and increased risk to the Company.
