We are currently looking for locations to enroll into our new Floor Training Pilot.
The goal of this new Floor Training Pilot is to replace the current paper grading system with a self-grading form. How the form works is that the trainer will fill this out after their shift with the trainee. After entering some identifying information (name and email) they will then grade the trainee on documentation, workflow and then provide written feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement. Finally, they will be asked to enter in their CS and (optionally) fellow trainers emails to have the email sent to the floor training team.
Try it out and submit the form to yourself to get a feel for it. While it is currently developed for ED, we are in the process of finalizing OP and HM versions of the form.
We are currently live with this pilot at approximately 20 sites since December 2016 and so far the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive – especially with compliance (as the whole team is CC’ed on the FT feedback) and scribe improvement.
I am looking to add more locations to this pilot – to really test this across different use cases before rolling it out to the entire company.

I absolutely love this!!! I think this will be great at keeping everyone in the loop and up-to-date as well as keeping the scribe actively involved. My question is: is there a way to get this data to import into a google sheet to keep records of? I think that would be a great added benefit if there was a way to make a master file for it to download onto to keep records of every scribes training.
For my region (Greater Lehigh Valley) I would love to implement this. I do have a big OP expansion coming up in September, and would also love to use this for me EDs. I would gladly be a part of the pilot as I do think this will be a great tool to start my region on!
