With the new I-9 completion requirement, I know you’ll want to expedite this process so your Scribes can clock in and start training as soon as possible. Here’s a helpful tip to expedite the process for common issues delaying the I-9 completion:
Upon completing the I-9 with the employee, make sure the documents used for completing section 2 are uploaded in WD.
If the documents are not uploaded, make sure to attach it to their form I-9 before submitting it or you can email the documents to your HRSC.
This is very helpful for HRSC to verify employment in a timely manner. By following this process, it helps the company stay in compliance with the law (3 day rule) and have your employee ready to start training.
