  • Employees Not Able to Clock in After Completing I-9?

    Hello Chief Scribes,

    Are you trying to clock in hours for your Scribe after the I-9 has been approved by HRSC, and you’re still unable to?

    Follow these steps to quickly figure it out why your Scribe is unable to clock in hours after the I-9 has been approved by HRSC:

    • Check your employee’s profile for their hire date (see attachment below). Employees are hired in the system based on the hire date filled out on the questionnaire/JOL.
    • Example: Employee hire date is 6/25/17. Employee completed I-9 on 6/23/17. Employee will still not be able to clock in for hours until hire date of 6/25/17.

    It’s best to reach out to your HRSC for resolution.
