  • Employee Still Not Able to CLock-In After Completing I-9?

    Greetings PLs,

    Are you implementing a new site? Want your Scribes to start training after completing all required paperwork (onboarding, I-9) but you are still unable to clock them in?

    This is one of the common issues we get and here’s how to check when your employee was hired or will be hired in the system:

    • Check your employee’s profile for their hire date. Employees are hired in the system based on the hire date of the questionnaire/JOL.
    • Example: Employee hire date is 6/25/17. Employee completed I-9 on 6/23/17. Employee will still not be able to clock in for hours until hire date of 6/25/17.

    It’s best to contact your HRSC for resolution.
