One of the things that one of my sites did, which I adapted for each site in my entire region, is create a comprehensive new hire document, which is emailed (as a pdf) to them after the JOL is signed and <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>before</span> the I-9 meeting.

New Scribe Questionnaire. This is one of my favorites, especially for OP or HM sites. The scribe needs to make a copy of this, fill in the data, and email back to you. When they are almost ready for floor training, email this to the client so they know more about their new scribe.
