If you have a New Hire that is hired as a “full-time” employee, they will receive a task in their Workday Inbox titled “Benefit Change: New Hire” . This task typically shows during the New Hire paperwork process.
Always keep in mind: Benefit Enrollment is TIME-SENSITIVE for everyone. The sooner you make your selections, the better! If the employee doesn’t make their selections within 30 days of their hire date, Workday will automatically “waive” their enrollment, and the task will be removed from their Inbox.
