These are some awesome tips! I love the idea of doing Trivia Night. Spending time with co-workers in a laid back atmosphere is a must in order to build relationships, especially because our work environment can be so high stress/high intensity. I would love to participate more in these types of things. Work is always more fun when you like your co-workers, and sometimes the only way for them to get to know each other better is to give them an enticing opportunity to relax and be silly…like Trivia Night, bowling, or even something like a monthly card tournament. Low cost and who doesn’t love a little competition?
